A new multi-faceted media partnership is in place to benefit the people of Eastern Carolina.
WITN and Digity Media have joined forces to share news, weather, sports, music, and entertainment.A new multi-faceted media partnership is in place to benefit the people of Eastern Carolina.
WITN, Your Breaking News and Weather Authority, is owned by Gray Television and operates WITN2 (MyTV), WITN3 (Me-TV), and witn.com. Gray Television owns and operates television stations in 34 markets across the country.
Digity Media is a newly formed company headed by broadcast industry veteran Dean Goodman which operates six radio stations in Eastern Carolina, including top-rated WRNS – Your Country 95.1 and WERO – Bob 93.3.
Digity also owns and operates more than 50 radio stations in 23 other markets across the country.
The partnership combines the powerful reach of multiple platforms. Radio listeners benefit from WITN’s comprehensive coverage of breaking news, developing stories, severe weather, daily weather forecasts, and other updates. Television viewers get the latest in entertainment items from Digity stations, including ticket giveaways, concert coverage, and contests. WITN and Digity share information on air, online, mobile platforms, and on social media.
