DENVER (KKTV) - 11 News is thrilled to announce our 10 p.m. newscast has been honored with an Emmy for best evening newscast.

Anchors Don Ward and Dianne Derby and producer Jennifer Hunt received the award Saturday at the 2017 Heartland Emmy Awards gala in Denver.

KKTV was competing against stations in other medium-sized markets in Colorado and Oklahoma.
