MD Live makes it possible for covered employees to connect with a Board Certified doctor licensed in their state, over video or phone. MD Live doctors are trained in communicating and diagnosing patients over the phone and via online video, and are always on call, including nights and weekends.
Eligible employees may participate in the company’s 401(k) plan, which provides a generous matching contribution with immediate vesting available.
The EAP is a free, confidential counseling and referral service that can help employees and their families deal with life’s challenges. It offers counseling services, work-life resources and referral services. These services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls and counseling sessions are free to employees and are always confidential.
We created the Focus on Caring program to support our culture of caring for one another. Employees may make charitable contributions via payroll deduction to a fund set up to care for other employees. The company provides a generous matching donation to each employee donation. The Focus on Caring program provides grants to employees who experience unforeseen catastrophic emergencies that they are not financially prepared to deal with.
